Through the various services provided by our software we also collect and store information in a secure and private manner on behalf of our clients. This information includes, but is not limited to, email address lists, articles, survey answers, letters, and usage statistics. This information is owned by our clients and is not accessible to us, our partners, or other customers.

The Email Service is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. We will never share, sell, or rent your personal information with third parties for their promotional use. We may, however, disclose or report personal information in limited circumstances where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required under the law. For example, we may be required to disclose personal information to cooperate with regulators or law enforcement authorities to comply with a legal process.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies to maintain users' personal preference selections once logged into the system. Cookies are also used to track user activity when clicking on links in email campaigns. We never store any personal information in cookies (on any computer that you may use) that can be used to identify you, such as your name or account login information.

Data Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Customer accounts are password-protected so that only the customer has access to his/her personal information. It is incumbent on the customer not to divulge their password to anyone. We will never ask for a customer's password in an unsolicited phone call or in an unsolicited email. When we ask for sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, we protect it through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption during transmission.
